In the heart of the building, on the ground floor, is the apartment which consists of a large kitchen/dining/living area, very comfortably furnished.

The kitchen is very well equipped including refrigerator, freezer, electric hob and oven. In addition, all the items necessary for a self-catering holiday are available.

The double bedroom has an adjoining, well appointed shower bathroom where there is also a washing machine. There is also a divan/sofa in the living room that offers a comfortable bed for a third person. A baby bed is available on request. The metre-thick walls ensure a cool ambient inside the apartment even on the warmest of days.
